PROBLEM

The city needed an efficient, fast, direct and economic communication channel with the neighbours to communicate those changes (in the trace of the public transport lines, changes in the streets ways, new bus stops, services, cultural activities and a very long list of etc.), also they needed to ask for permanent participation of their inhabitants to suggest and debate the new challenges.

SOLUTION
