Mauricio Macri’s Presidencial Campaign.

The big challenge of Mauricio Macri’s Presidencial Campaign 2015 was to get the candidate closer to the voter with a clear message of closeness, active listening and the possibility of building a better future with the citizens.

At that time the candidate image was associated with his action as governments head of Buenos Aires.

A diverse, large city, with big challenges, but with bigger budget, a different population than the rest of the country and near the power centers, but without a political party with a structure and a national level presence that could help them with local actions, they needad a tool capable of installing the message in every provinces voters.

Our geocoded guides with our great calling capacity (10.000 simultaneous calls) and our IVR configuration (Interactive Voice Response) allowed to reach each possible voter with the message “I want to listen to you”.

In every call from Mauricio Macri, it was repetead the slogan of the need to listen to the issues and dreams of every one of the habitants of the country.

Each family that received the call and wanted to interact with the candidate, pressing 1 on his telephone keyboard, was added to the database, and was later called by Mauricio Macri in person in many cases and by the campaign team. Many families were selected that belonged to different possible voter profiles, and were visited by Mauricio Macri.

In each visit, the candidate knew on first hand the problems of the citizens, he talked with them in the intimacy of their homes, streets, works, business, in every place where it was possible to converse and that opportunities of interaction with the voters were recorded by the campaign team in videos that were later distributed in the social networks with sepecific segmentation criteria.
